Hi, my name is Danielle Evon Ploeger and I am an actress, model and costume designer. I grew up in Texas on a horse and cattle ranch. I attended a conservatory in NYC at the age of 17, moved back to Texas, earned a BA in Theatre from St. Edward’s University, and have since been studying with Richard Robichaux.

I’m currently available for 2024 bookings.

I’ve been based in Austin, Texas for years but relocating to Atlanta in the near future.

After graduating from St. Edward’s, I began a 2 year Meisner Technique program with Richard Robichaux. I would continue to work within the Robichaux Studio until leaving Austin in the fall of 2023.

I began my role in costuming in 2015, when I began shadowing a very talented costume designer - Eryn Brooke. She took me under her wing and taught me everything she could. Since then, I have been working on any set to get more experience as both a set costumer and a costume designer. I find this to be a very rewarding aspect of film that allows me to still be creatively contributing on set despite not performing.

In addition to work in front of and behind the camera, I run a small apothecary from homegrown herbs as well as a mostly custom painting service. I also find theories of consciousness and space-time infinitely curious and often spend my free time reading about scientific theories on these subjects.
